Height-Adjustable Standing Desks

Sit stand desk is a combination between a seated desk and a standing desk, where it allows the user to adjust the height to the level of his convenience that is either standing or sitting. Anyone who is looking for a solution for work from home furniture which is also ergonomic in nature, this is the right fit for them.

Studies suggest that using a Height Adjustable Table lowers the risk of heart disease, type II diabetes, back pain and unhealthy weight gain. Alternating between sitting and standing through the day at your table is also known to improve mood and boost productivity levels.

• Cardiovascular complications: Sitting for long periods of time at work from home or work from office can lead to high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol levels, which can increase the risk of cardiovascular complications

• Increases risk of diabetes: When a person sits for  hours during work from home or work from office, the cells of the body's muscles do not  respond easily to the insulin produced by the pancreas. As a result, the pancreas produces more insulin, which can lead to diabetes.

• Risk of muscle degeneration: A sedentary lifestyle can cause a person to develop hyperlordosis, lumbar tension, and lumbar hyperlordosis.

• Leg disorders: After sitting for hours during work from home, blood flow throughout the body may decrease and water may build up in the  legs. This can lead to deep vein thrombosis (DVT). 

• Increases stress level: Muscles in motion trigger the release of mood enhancing hormones by supplying fresh blood and oxygen through the brain. Therefore, when a person sits for long hours during work from home the stress level increases.

Please try pressing the up & down buttons simultaneously for 10 secs. This should reset your height adjustable table/sit stand desk and take it back to its original (lowest) position.

To save memory presets please follow the below steps:

1. Use the arrow keys to adjust the height to the desired position. 

2. Press and Hold the M button till the Height flashes on the screen.

3. Press the number button where you like to set the height.

The no. of stages refers to the number of adjusting telescopic pillars lifting the table. The difference is in the range of adjustment and stability at maximum height.
For instance, in our Electric Height Adjustable Tables the maximum heights are as follows:

2 Stage: 1120 mm

3 Stage: 1310 mm

If you are 5'10" feet or less in height we recommend the 2 Stage models. If you are taller than 5'10" feet we recommend the 3 Stage model.
